If you are a new student, we ask for a commitment of 1 month with a minimum practice of 4 days a week. new to ashtanga

If you have been practicing any other style of yoga
for a year or more a level 1 ashtanga is a good place to start. Once we see you in class we will be able guide you to the proper level.

meditation

There are many schools of thought on meditation. In general, it is the practice of quiet mind, which leads to understanding. The biggest mistake in meditation is to take the means to be the goal. Techniques are mere processes that help the germination of understanding. While we do not teach a specific meditation practice in classes we do offer some quiet time at the end of each class.
